We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee worldwide on all fashion items.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Items that show signs of use, alterations, or removal of tags cannot be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain categories such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at: support@maisonrichefort.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If the item is defective or incorrect, include clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will provide you with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely, including your order number inside the parcel.

  5. Ship the parcel with a tracked courier and share the tracking number with our support team.

  6. Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Average international return costs are around 25 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency), depending on the courier.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds After Return

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Refunds are always issued to your original payment method and in your local currency, where available.

  • Refunds cover the product price and any outbound shipping charged at checkout.

Import Fees Charged in Error

We cover all applicable import duties and taxes. If you are mistakenly charged any import fees by a courier or customs authority, please send us the proof of payment and we will reimburse you in full.

Lost or Missing Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy) plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us.

  • Orders confirmed lost in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.

  • Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Customers may still use the 30-day return policy after delivery.

Regional Consumer Rights

  • Europe (EU): Returns and cancellations comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • United Kingdom: Returns and cancellations comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

  • United States: 30-day return policy applies to all orders.

  • Canada: Returns comply with Canadian consumer protection laws. Any GST/HST collected at checkout is refunded together with the purchase price.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Returns apply in addition to protections under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
