We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee on all orders.
Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are only returnable if they are unworn and in their original packaging, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

If the item is defective or incorrect, please include clear photos showing the issue.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
The exact price depends on your chosen courier, as well as the origin, weight, size, and service level of the parcel.
As a general guide, tracked returns to our warehouse in China usually cost between 15–35 in your local currency.
All returns must be sent with valid tracking information. Returns without tracking cannot be accepted, and the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is successfully delivered and signed for at our warehouse.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with either a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds After Return
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid at checkout.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe (see our Shipping Policy) plus 5 additional business days, please contact us.
Orders confirmed lost in transit qualify for a full refund or free replacement. Delivery delays outside our control (such as customs procedures or courier backlogs) are not grounds for automatic refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. After delivery, you may still return your order under this 30-day return policy.
