We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return guarantee worldwide on all orders, regardless of your location.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and earrings are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@maisonrichefort.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. If the item is defective or incorrect, include clear photos showing the issue.

  3. Our support team will provide you with the correct return address and step-by-step instructions.

  4. Pack the item securely, including your order number inside the parcel.

  5. Ship the parcel with a tracked courier and share the tracking number with our support team.

  6. Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Based on current carrier rates, the average cost of returning a parcel to our warehouse in China is approximately 25 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency), depending on the courier.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after inspection.
Refunds will always be made in your local currency, where available.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear in your account.

Import Fees Charged in Error
We cover all applicable import duties and taxes. If you are mistakenly charged any import fees by a courier or customs authority, please send us the proof of payment and we will reimburse you in full.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time (see our Shipping Policy) plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us.
If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement.
Delivery delays outside our control (e.g., customs inspections or courier backlogs) are not grounds for automatic refunds.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement, provided they have not yet been processed.
Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Regional Consumer Rights

  • Europe (EU): Returns and cancellations comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

  • United Kingdom: Returns and cancellations comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to your statutory rights.

  • United States: Our 30-day return policy applies to all orders. State consumer rights remain unaffected.

  • Canada: Returns comply with Canadian consumer protection laws. Any GST/HST collected at checkout is refunded together with the purchase price. Our 30-day return policy also applies.

  • Australia & New Zealand: Our 30-day return policy applies in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, which provide further protections for faulty or misdescribed goods.
